Responsibilities

• Write specs. Gather, define and document functional requirements for new features.
• Design UI. Wireframe or mock-up intuitive and easy-to-use user interfaces and flows.
• Communicate. Build consensus on your design and work closely with the entire team to make sure we build a great product.
• Analyze, rinse & repeat. Monitor and track key metrics; plan and execute iterative tests post-launch to optimize impact, user experience and business goals
